    1. Why this Privacy Policy?

    Any person who uses the Site (hereinafter the « User ») discloses a certain amount of personal data. Personal data are information that allows us to directly or indirectly identify you as a natural person (whether or not we actually carry out this identification). You are identifiable as soon as it is possible to make a direct or indirect link between one or more personal data and you as a natural person. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable legal provisions. Any reference in this Privacy Policy to the GDPR refers to the European Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation). This Privacy Policy informs Users of the processing activities that Bunniz may carry out on their personal data. Bunniz reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any substantial modification will always be clearly communicated to the User. However, we recommend that the User regularly consult this document.

    2. Who processes your personal data?

    2.1. The data controller

    Bunniz is the data controller and determines, alone or jointly with others, the personal data that are collected, the purposes and the means of the processing of these personal data. Bunniz is free to use processors. The processor is the natural or legal person who processes your personal data at the request and on behalf of the data controller. The processor is required to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data and always acts on the instructions of the data controller. Bunniz uses the following categories of processors:

    • Companies engaged for marketing purposes;
    • Companies engaged for hosting purposes;
    • Companies engaged for communication purposes;
    • Companies engaged for electronic communications purposes (telecoms);
    • Companies engaged for online payment purposes;

    2.2. Processor(s)

    3. On what legal grounds are my data processed?

    In accordance with the GDPR, we process your personal data on the following legal grounds:

    • Based on the performance of the contract to which the User is a party, or pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the User; or
    • Based on compliance with our legal obligations for everything related to the management of the contractual relationship, including billing; or
    • Based on our legitimate interest in responding to questions asked through our online contact form; or
    • Based on your explicit consent for the sending of promotional offers (direct marketing). In addition, we also process special categories of data (or sensitive data) based on your consent, which concern data that the User voluntarily discloses.

    4. What personal data is processed?

    The processing of your personal data is limited to what is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes pursued by Bunniz. The following categories of personal data are concerned by the processing:

    • Personal identification data (first name, address, identifiers);
    • Contact details (phone number and email address);
    • Financial identification data (banking and billing data);
    • Electronic identification data (IP address, location, cookies);
    • Personal details (gender, age, date of birth, nationality);
    • Photos and videos;
    • Ethnicity;
    • Spoken languages;
    • Height and weight;
    • Hair and eye color;
    • Cup size;
    • Intimate hairstyle;
    • Penis size;
    • Tattoos and piercings;
    • Smoker or not;
    • Skype ID.

    Some data is collected when you register on the Site and/or when you place an order online. Additional personal data may be collected later, for example when you complete your profile information. The amount of data collected depends on your use of the Site and its features. Bunniz may process personal data relating to sexual life. The User has given their written consent to this processing, for example by indicating this data in the relevant section. This data may also have been explicitly made public by the User. In addition, we use cookies to recognize the User and offer them a personalized user experience, to remember their choices, and to detect and correct any errors on the Site. For more information on how we use cookies, please refer to our Cookie Policy. Our Site collects certain anonymous data, namely technical data that is used for internal purposes to gain a better understanding of Users' browsing on the Site. Since this data is not used to identify the User in any way, it is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

    5. For what purposes are my personal data processed?

    Bunniz collects your personal data solely for the purpose of providing each User with an optimal, personalized, and safe user experience of our Site. The amount of data collected will be more extensive if the User makes more intensive use of our Site and associated services. If personal data is missing, incorrect or incomplete, Bunniz reserves the right to suspend or cancel certain operations. The processing of your personal data is essential for the operation of our Site and associated services. Bunniz undertakes to process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

    • Customer management: customer administration, order management, billing, support, and follow-up of complaints;
    • Detection and protection against fraud, errors, and offenses;
    • Provision and improvement of our service in general and our personalized services;
    • Providing useful and/or necessary information, newsletters, and offers to the User;
    • Management and processing of User feedback.

    6. Who receives your personal data?

    Your personal data is intended to be used exclusively for internal purposes at Bunniz. Your personal data will therefore not be sold, transmitted, or communicated to third parties other than our subcontractors, unless you have explicitly consented to it or if the transfer of your data is necessary for the execution of the contract or compliance with a legal obligation. Bunniz will cooperate in case of a request from judicial authorities. If applicable, personal data may be transmitted.

    7. How long are your personal data stored?

    Your data is kept for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes pursued, as explained in point 5. They will be deleted from our database as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose pursued or if you have validly exercised your right to erasure.

    8. What are your rights?

    8.1. Guarantee of lawful and secure processing of your personal data

    Your personal data is always processed in accordance with the legitimate purposes explained in point 5. They are collected and processed in an adequate, relevant, and non-excessive manner and are not kept for longer than necessary to achieve the intended purposes. Bunniz has taken sufficient technical and organizational security measures to ensure a secure processing of your personal data. These security measures are proportional to the nature of the personal data and the potential risks. The risks of accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized access or any other unauthorized or unlawful processing are therefore minimized. This does not mean, however, that there is no longer any risk, or that we are able to offer an absolute guarantee in this regard. In the event of an intrusion into its computer systems, Bunniz will immediately take all possible measures to minimize damage and/or theft.

    8.2. Right of access

    If you are able to prove your identity, you have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data. Thus you have the right to know the purposes of the processing, the categories of data concerned, the categories of recipients to whom the data are transmitted, the criteria used to determine the retention period of the data, and the rights you can exercise over your data.

    8.3. Right of rectification

    Inaccurate or incomplete personal data may be corrected. It is primarily the User's responsibility to make the necessary changes to their user profile themselves, but you can also submit a request for rectification to us.

    8.4. Right to erasure (or « right to be forgotten »)

    You also have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data in the following scenarios:

    • Your personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
    • You withdraw your consent to the processing and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
    • You have validly exercised your right of opposition;
    • Your data have been unlawfully processed;
    • Your data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation.

    8.5. Right to restriction of processing

    In certain scenarios, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data, in particular in case of dispute as to the accuracy of your data, if the data are necessary for the purposes of a judicial proceeding or the time necessary for Bunniz to verify that you can validly exercise your right to erasure.

    8.6. Right to object

    You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, profiling purposes, or for the legitimate interest of the data controller. Bunniz will cease processing your personal data, unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your right to object.

    8.7. Right to data portability

    You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to Bunniz in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Upon request, this data can be transferred to another service provider, unless this is technically impossible.

    8.8. Right to withdraw your consent

    You can withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time, for example for direct marketing purposes.

    9. How to exercise your rights?

    To exercise your rights, you must send us a written request and proof of identity by registered mail to Bunniz, XXXXXX or by email to this address X@. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and no later than one (1) month after receipt of your request.

    10. Possibility to lodge a complaint

    If you are not satisfied with the processing of your personal data by Bunniz, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Belgium).
